Changeover is on Saturdays except where stated otherwise. From November to March start/finish days are flexible – please contact us to discuss requirements.

A 25% deposit is required within 10 days of making a provisional booking.

The balance of the rental is due six weeks prior to arrival. You can pay by bank transfer or cheque (Sterling).

Booking includes towels and bedding for 8 guests, there are two z- beds that can be added for children.

You may arrive any time after 4pm and we ask you to leave by 10am so that our cleaners can make the place ready for the next guests. A later departure time may be available if there is no follow on booking.

Please note that Greta Mill maintains a No Smoking policy.

Supplements
Greta Mill welcomes up to 3 pets which are allowed in the downstairs of the Mill and a stairgate is available to ensure this. A surcharge of £15 per pet is required.

(The hot tub may be used from 8am-10:30pm). The Hot Tub is included in the price.

An additional two Z-beds inc towels and bedding are available at a supplement of £25 each.

A high chair and a cot (no bedding) can be provided for a small fee if requested.
